AI project
Employee training with AI-based training videos
1) What problem has been solved?
Employee training is very time-consuming and cost-intensive, especially for digital products with a short or rapidly changing lifecycle. This results in particularly high expenses for training, even for simple products.
2) What is the solution?
A fast, easy and cost-effective way to create training and information materials in video form using AI. By using machine learning models from Fast AI Movies, nexineer can now create training videos for the production of digital products such as movies, animated graphics or other media content in a short time and at low cost.
3) What exactly is the added value of the solution?
The training videos are customized to meet the needs of employees and provide an effective learning environment. Through the use of AI, the training videos are automatically constructed and the content is automatically generated, resulting in nexineer being able to use its resources more efficiently and deliver training faster and at a lower cost. The videos are available at any time and can be used flexibly by employees to deepen their knowledge.
4) How did the KI Lab Heidelberg support?
The KI Lab Heidelberg supported nexineer in its search for suitable startups in the field of knowledge management. Out of a large number of proposed startups, nexineer decided to initiate talks with Florian Scherl, founder and CEO of Fast AI Movies. The initiation was supported by the KI Lab Heidelberg, a face-to-face meeting took place on October 19, 2022 in Heidelberg. At this meeting, initial project details were discussed and milestones were set.
